I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Bent Rim Cleveland. After hitting debris on the road, I ended up with a bent rim and a blown-out tire. I took my vehicle to Mr. Tire, but they werenl not able to help and did nor provide much guidance on what my next steps should be. I reached out to Tom late Wednesday afternoon while he was on his way to a doctor’s appointment. Even though he was busy, he took the time to talk with me, explain what needed to be done, and answer my questions. I brought my vehicle to him the next morning, and by noon he had my rim repaired. Tom then helped me find excellent replacement tires, had them ordered quickly, and had them installed the very next day. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and commitment to taking care of his customers were outstanding. Thanks to him, I was safely back on the road and my vehicle is running great again. I highly recommend Tom from Bent Rim Cleveland to anyone who needs rim repair or tires. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers, and I will absolutely be returning for future tire needs. Great service from someone who genuinely cares!

Firestone gave me a business card after asking about fixing scuffed rims. I went there Monday morning. Tom explained the whole process for fixing the scuffs. And he suggested applying a protector on the rim so it doesn’t happen again. I left my car Monday and it was done Wednesday about closing time. My rims look brand new. You would never know there was anything done to them. I am wonderfully happy and so glad I had them fixed. Tom explained everything to me perfectly. He is friendly, kind and very helpful. I would recommend him in a heart beat! Thank you again Tom. I ❤️ my car!

What I appreciated the most was the honest assessment of my bent/cracked rim and then quick solution for my issue. I ultimately about half of the money I was being quoted at other shops and got a nice looking new reconditioned OEM rim. I'm happy with the service and the explanation I was given throughout the process. Definitely would recommend the shop to anyone looking for a quick and reasonably price solution.

I had the incredible misfortune of striking Cleveland potholes not once, but twice within just over a year. Whilst listening to the air whoosh out of my tires, I quickly went to Google to see what could be done about my two bent rims. Low and behold, I stumbled upon Tom’s business, Bent Rim Cleveland. Tom is a true professional through and through, he was able to fix my two bent rims within only a couple days and get my car back up and running like a champ. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in his workshop, both wheels are perfectly balanced like they were new. Tom is a man of his word and gets the job done well for a fair price. Would highly recommend him to anyone with the misfortune of bent rims from Cleveland potholes. Keep your eyes peeled out there folks!

He fixed my 24x14 quickly and the quality of the work was excellent—it looks like new again. His pricing was fair and the turnaround time was faster than I expected.
